WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Dave Taylor (OH-02), Rep. Bob Onder (MO-03), and Rep. Mark Harris (NC-08) introduced the Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act last week, which protects children and upholds parental rights by prohibiting the transportation of minors across state lines to receive an abortion without following the parental notification laws in the minor’s resident state.
