A strong Nation needs a secure border. I will work with President Trump and House Republicans to equip law enforcement and border officials with the tools, technology, and support they need to do their jobs safely and effectively to keep Americans out of harm's way.

Southern Ohio exists in a broadband desert, which is why expanding broadband access is one of my top priorities in Congress. Without broadband, our communities are at risk of falling behind in the modern economy.

Increasing broadband access will help local business communities grow and connect with the larger economy, attract more businesses, and create local jobs for Ohioans. This will also help expand access to educational opportunities, expand telehealth care services, and enable farmers to keep up with rapidly advancing farming technology.

It's undeniable: families are paying far more to put food on their tables than they were a few short years ago. Due to inflation that soared under the Biden-Harris administration, hard-working families in Southern Ohio are pinching pennies in an economy that already challenges how far their dollars go. Congress needs to reign in wasteful government spending and allocate taxpayer dollars responsibly.

A child's education should be guided by parents, families, and local communities - not by Washington bureaucrats. Curriculum should be rooted in core, robust topics such as math, science, English language, and history to edify our children and give them the tools they need to succeed. Classrooms should not be forums to indoctrinate children with questionable narratives about our Nation's history, race, or hate.

I support and defend Americans' Second Amendment right to bear arms. Without the means to protect themselves, Americans are at risk of danger from domestic threats and are less able to protect themselves if the government were to abuse its authority. The right to own a gun is a core principle of the United States and I will always protect it.
