This bill will protect children and uphold parental rights by prohibiting the transportation of minors across state lines for the purpose of receiving an abortion without following the parental notification laws in the minor’s resident state.

This bill will hold illegal aliens accountable for their actions by making the act of defrauding the United States or stealing benefits intended for U.S. taxpayers a deportable and inadmissible offense.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Dave Taylor (OH-02) today applauded the funding of nine of his Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Community Projects, which passed in the government funding bill, H.R. 6938, through the House of Representatives by a vote of 397-28. This funding will return $10,050,366 of federal taxpayer dollars to southern Ohio for critical local projects. The bill now moves to the Senate for consideration.
