PORTSMOUTH, OHIO – Congressman Dave Taylor (OH-02) today hosted a Military Academy Day at Shawnee State University. High school students from across Ohio’s Second Congressional District were invited to attend and learn more about the application process from representatives of each service academy.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Dave Taylor (OH-02) introduced the United States Automobile Consumer Assistance and Relief Act (USA CAR Act), which would allow Americans to deduct auto loan interest from their taxes if they buy a vehicle that was made in America. This bill follows the introduction of its Senate companion, which was led by Senator Bernie Moreno (R-OH) on April 1, 2025.
