WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Dave Taylor (OH-02) introduced H.R. 3897, the Confidence in Clean Water Permits Act, which will provide clarity in the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting process to guide and protect American businesses in their waste disposal process.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Dave Taylor (OH-02) today applauded the passage of his bill H.R. 3427, the Water Resources Technical Assistance Review Act, out of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee by a vote of 61-3. Congressman Taylor introduced this bill on May 20, 2025, to help rural communities access water funding resource programs through the Environmental Protection Agency.
