The funding was included in the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies section of the bill.

This bill is the House Companion bill to S. 2114, which was introduced in the Senate by Senators Roger Marshall (R-KS), Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS), and John Barrasso (R-WY) on June 18, 2025.
