Rep. Wesley Hunt (TX-38), Rep. Nick LaLota (NY-01), Rep. Tony Wied (WI-08), Rep. Bob Onder (MO-03), and Rep. Pat Harrigan (NC-10) joined Congressman Taylor in the introduction of this bill.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In solidarity with House Republicans, Congressman Dave Taylor (OH-02) today voted in favor of H.R. 28, the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act, which will restore safety and dignity to women’s sports across America. This bill, led by Representative Greg Steube (FL-17) and cosponsored by Congressman Taylor, passed out of the House of Representatives by a vote of 218-206.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On January 7, 2025, during the first full week of the 119th Congress, Congressman Dave Taylor (OH-02) took his first legislative vote in support of H.R. 29, the Laken Riley Act. This legislation was led by Representative Mike Collins (R-GA) and passed out of the House of Representatives by a bipartisan vote of 264-159.
